Did you know that February is the National Library Lover’s Month? If you love books, why not take the time to visit one of your local libraries and sit down on a comfy chair or sofa with a good book.
Also, February 2 is Groundhog Day in both the United States and Canada. It is believed that on this day the groundhog will leave his or her burrow and go outside. Some people believe that if a groundhog wakes up and goes outside for the first time and sees its shadow it will go back to sleep. According to folklore, this means six more weeks of winter! On the other hand, if its shadow is nowhere to be found then it will stay outside to play. That means that spring is finnaly on its way.
